'Krupnik' soup
Ingredients:
3 liters of water, vegetables, 0.5 kg of meat pork or beef on the bone, 0.5 kilograms of potatoes, a glass of barley groats, half cup of cream, a few dried mushrooms, salt and pepper to taste.
Performance:
Vegetables and meat cook until soft, add the grits, diced potatoes and spices. Separately boil in a small quantity of water mushrooms when they are soft chop them and add to soup. Season the soup with cream, season to taste.
