'Żuchel'

Ingredients:
1 kg potatoes, 25 grams of smoked bacon, spices, onion, bay leaf, allspice, salt and pepper.

Performance:
Boil about 2 l of water and add vegetables (carrot, leek, celery, parsley root), add diced potatoes and cook until soft then add the spices. Fry the bacon and onion on a pan, cut everything cubes. Add to soup when the vegetables and potatoes are soft. Season to taste.
