'Plince'
Ingredients:
1 kg grate potatoes, 1 egg, 2 tablespoons of sprinkling flour, salt and sugar according to your taste, oil
Performance:
Scrape the potatoes, well washed and grate. Break the egg whites and pour the grated potatoes, sprinkle with flour. Mix all ingredients and fry in deep fat.
Place on a flat plate sprinkling with sugar, can be served with goulash or with jam.
