Potato dumplings with plums
Ingredients:
50 dag boiled potatoes, 20 dkg flour, 2 tablespoons of potato flour, 1 egg, 1 yolk, salt, plum
Performance:
Boiled and mince potatoes and knead with egg and flour. Obtain with a flour so the dough won't stick to hand.
Pin out the dough and cut into squares. Put the plum on each square, wrap and mold into balls. Boil in salted water until ready. Drain, pour butter dissolved. Sprinkle with cinnamon sugar.
