Potatoes with mushrooms
Ingredients:
2 kg potatoes, 1 kg mushrooms, sweet cream ¼ l, 12-20 dag smoked and fresh bacon, salt, pepper, dill
Performance:
Peel the potatoes, cook, crush, season with salt, add cream and mix. Arrange on a platter.
Cocks wash, scald with hot water. Fry the bacon in a pan. Add the bacon and chanterelle, fry (only a few minutes).
Put mashed potatoes on a platter, on top of them put the fried mushrooms.
