Jelly Pork

Ingredients:
1 pork head, 1 pork leg, 2 pork feet, 4 bay leaves, salt, pepper, vinegar, allspice.

Performance:
The pork head, leg and feet rinse and put into a large pot. Pour water and add bay leaves, cook until soft. Remove, peel, bones, grind. Brewing strain, that there are small bones, and pour it back into the pot. Add ground meat and cook it. Season to taste with salt and pepper, add the allspice and vinegar as desired.
