Prażonki
Ingredients:
1 kg potatoes, 3 carrots, 3 onions, 30 dkg smoked bacon, salt, pepper, a spoonful of lard
Performance:
Cut the peeled vegetables washed in slices. Into the pan put layers of seasoning spices. At the top layer we put a tablespoon of fat. Thus prepared vegetables fry in covered pan on a low fire for about 1 hour. Roasted vegetables, we put at the plate. Add buttermilk to the drink.
