Split pea soup with sauerkraut
Ingredients:
3 liters of water, ½ kg pork bone, 15 grams of smoked bacon, 3 carrots, 2 onions, half kg of potatoes, 30 dkg of sauerkraut, a little sugar, marjoram, pepper, salt.
Performance:
Soak beans in water for one day then cook, dice vegetables. Vegetables, meat and beans cook in water in which the peas were soaking. Bacon slice and fry in a pan with onions, add to the pea soup and season to taste.
