'DZIADOWSKA'

Ingredients:
1kg potatoes, 1 liter of buttermilk, a spoonful of butter, tablespoon rye flour, 10 grams of raw bacon, onion, bay leaf, salt.

Performance:
Potatoes cut into cubes and boil them in a liter of water, add spices. Mix the buttermilk with a spoon of flour, add to broth, on a pan in a spoon of butter fry bacon and onion, then add to the soup. Season to taste.
