Chicken broth
Ingredients:
Rural chicken, 3 liters of water, spices, 1 onion, parsley, pepper, salt.
Performance:
Put hen into a cold salted water and cook on low heat. Add spices and onions. Remove cooked meat and strain broth and season. Cut vegetables into small pieces and expound on the plates. Serve with noodles and sprinkled with chopped parsley.
