'Pierogi' with cabbage and mushrooms

'Pierogi' with cabbage and mushrooms

Ingredients:
Dough: 1 kg flour, 1 egg, hot water, salt
Stuffing: Sauerkraut, mushrooms, onion, salt

Performance:
Sauerkraut cook until tender - drain and mince. Separately, cook mushrooms in salted water and fry the onion together smash by a thick mesh machine, add salt to taste.

Prepare the dough: pour flour on pastry board stick egg, add salt and chop with a knife. Knead the dough by adding hot water, and pin out. Form rings and stuffing impale and connect the edges. Serve with bread crumbs baked in butter or lard or bacon baked.
