Herrings vinegar
Fish dishes in the kitchen are an essential attribute of the Kashubian region. Large quantities add salt fish in barrels for winter frying for fasting days.
Ingredients:
1 kg. of herrings, 2 cups of water, 1 cup of vinegar, bay leaf, onion, sugar, salt
Performance:
Onion cut into strips and boil in water with vinegar and spices, cool, clean herring, cover in flour and fry in oil. To spend on a platter, pour the fish acetic lagoon. Garnish with onions.
