Duck stuffed with cranberries
This dish received the first prize the regional Agroturystic Picnic. In Kashubia it is usually served on Sundays, holidays and weddings.
Ingredients:
1 whole duck, dried apples (may be fresh) rennet, plums in vinegar, 2 tablespoons of cranberry, marjoram, salt, tablespoon of flour.
Preparation:
The purified, dried salted duck to put apples and plums in vinegar, spin that came out during the fruit is not tipping. Sprinkled marjoram. Put into hot pan. Bake for about 1.5 hours. watering a little water. We place the roasted duck in its entirety on the plate.
For the duck broth - add cranberry sauce and thickened with flour.
With the sauce prepared this way we cover chopped pieces of meat.
