Pancakes
Ingredients:
2 cups flour, 3 eggs, 1 cup milk, half a glass of water, salt, sugar, oil.
Performance:
Eggs, salt and 1 tablespoon of oil fluff mixer. Add milk, add flour and beat thoroughly. The dough must be pouring, if it is too thick dilute with cold water. Set aside for 20 minutes then fry thin pancakes on the pan with oil. Serve with jam or sugar.
